Detailed Product Description

Our factory located in Tangxia town, DongGuan City, fifty minutes journey by car to Fuyong airport or Luohu port in Shenzhen City; and 2 hours to Guangzhou city.

At the beginning, we only specialized in Trophy/awards projects, whereafter, we start to do the home appliance hardware parts, since 2006 enlarged to store fixtures, POP displays, now we have totally 3 main lines: Trophy line, Hardware Part Line, POP line.

As the amalgamation of the 3 lines, we can finish the following processes inside:

Metal--Die stamping, Die casting, CNC machine, Lathe machine, Mitsubishi and local Laser cutting machines, Wire cutting,  Cutting, sand blasting, chemical etching, pad printing, wet painting, powder coating.  

Plastic: injection, acrylic(laser engraving, cutting, benting, dimond polishing, screen printing) and glass, marbles, resin etc.,;

WoodSolid wood, Plywood, MDF, w/melamine or HPL, laquer painting etc., in order to reducing the production cost, we, not only try to control the usage, also to simple the process  we are planning to increase some new machines such as imported rapid hydraulic press specially for tube, rapid automatic press, slitting machine etc., in the second half of this year.
